EARLY GRADUATIONStudents who want to graduate in three years from their entry into the ninth grade must declare their intent to graduate early at the end of their sophomore year. The parent or legal guardian must give their permission in writing for the student to graduate early. Students must pass the 10th grade level TAKS and pass the Exit-Level TAKS during the summer prior to entry into their junior year and must complete English III credit either by summer school or correspondence course. All state and local graduation requirements must be met for the year the student entered the ninth grade.
