Sumerian Achievements Project

Sumerian society was advanced in terms of religion and government organization. The Sumerians were responsible or many achievements, which were passed down to later civilizations.

Directions:

1. You will research the Sumerian achievement that you are assigned.

2. Create a poster with the following information:

Accurate drawing of the achievement
Description of the achievement
Explain how the achievement impacts us today as a society

3. You will present your research to the class. Your classmates will take notes off of your presentation.

4. Use the attached rubric as a guide so you make sure you get the best possible grade.

*Things to remember write in complete sentences and watch your grammar. Simple spelling errors can and will hurt your grade.
